- I was in the worst shape of my life. Just a brisk walk or taking the stairs in my home would leave me out of breath.
- I was constantly fatigued. The less I moved, the more tired I became.
- I had serious issues with anxiety and depression requiring medication.
- I had high blood pressure that had to be treated with medication.
- I had a hard time keeping up with my son, who was about 5 at a time.
- I neglected my duties as a mother and a wife because I was either too tired, or too apathetic do do anything about it.
- My eating habits were poor and as a result, so were my family's.
- I constantly had aches and pains and spent many hours in doctor's offices.
My Personal Journey Started Here
My health and fitness journey started about 2 years ago when I weighed what I did 9 months pregnant. I had a laundry list of problems at that time, including the following (and probably more):
