Here are the products that I have used to make my personal transformation. These or others might be right for you.
This one is my latest favorite: ChaLEAN Extreme is kindof a women's version of P90X, there is some weight lifting but not as much as P90X and some great cardio routines. Chalene is and I think always will be one of my favorite trainers. She's very encouraging and pushes you.
P90X is where it all began for me:
Lots and lots of weight/strength training with some fat burning cardio
Then came Turbo Fire - this is STILL my "soulmate" workout. Kind of the reverse of P90X. Mostly fat burning, roasting cardio (I burned up to 800 calories in an hour with some workouts.) with some strength building, sculpting added in. Because MUSCLE BURNS FAT!!! Chalene Johnson is my favorite trainer. So upbeat, so motivating, and just when you think you can't take anymore she tells you, "GOOD NEWS!!!! YOU. ARE. NOT. TIRED!"
Turbo Jam was created by Chalene before Turbo Fire. Love the music on these workouts and do them to get some variety in my life.
And finally for the workouts, when I really want to get crazy, I go... INSANE. Not for the faint of heart, and I am still stumbling my way through. There is nothing like the sense of accomplishment that I feel finishing an Insanity workout. The warmups are so intense and hit you so fast, that you don't even have time to sweat until you stop to stretch. :)
And last but not least... no matter WHAT workout I am doing, I am getting the "healthiest meal of the day" from Shakeology. After several months, I am still in shock that something can taste so good can be so nutritionally sound.
