- I am no longer taking blood pressure medicine
- I am no longer taking anti-depressants (Workouts are my anti-depressant. Those closest to me know handily if I am not getting my daily dose.)
- I miss them, but I don't need get massages every week to deal with muscular tightness and aches and pains
- I am in the best shape of my life
- I have the energy and motivation to be the best wife and mother I can be
- I have the motivation now to share my experience with others and show them how they can achieve success in their health and how that will flow over into other parts of their lives
