Coach Accountability - Day 2

Okay, I'm keeping this up.  Same structure as yesterday.  Shakeology for breakfast and lunch to save for a little higher calorie dinner....  Okay, more than a little.  But moderation is always the key and I still was not deprived nutrition throughout the day.  Starving yourself to make up for a big meal will backfire as we discussed a few days ago.

And, YES folks that is almost 400 calories for 1/4 of that amazing dessert.  But fortunately I had 2 guys to share it with who you practically had to fight for bites with.  I probably overestimated how much I actually got to eat.  ;)
